Fitting in exercise outside of the work day has always been a challenge for me. In the New Year, I decided to make a change and do something good for me while trying to inspire others. Each winter, Norte! promotes Winter Walk Wednesdays, which encourages people to get out and walk. I figured it is more fun to walk with others and make new friends so I partnered with the rest of our Community Health team to lead winter walks at both the hospital and at the Munson Community Health Center. So far it’s been going well! I’ve enjoyed making new friends with co-workers while getting some much needed activity for myself. I love it when my Fit Bit says I have reached my goal for the day.

Everyone is welcome to join us on Wednesdays at noon, we will be walking through March!
