“In the fall of 2017 I had my second child and I am realizing that the baby weight is not coming off as fast as it did with my first. After my first child I was on maternity leave in the spring and was able to take a walk outside almost every day. I didn’t have this luxury the second time around since she was born in the middle of winter, not to mention having to take care of two kids means even less time for me! I know that as I return to work I will have even less “me” time, which is why I need to find the time. That might mean getting up 30 minutes earlier, going to yoga at lunch or taking a walk. I will be adjusting my day to make time to exercise and time for “me”.”
