Now that I am a mother of two small girls, I have never been so busy. I love being with my girls and because of this I found myself putting exercise on the back burner. What I know about myself is that I am a happier, more confident person when I am exercising. This is the person I want to be, the role model I want to project for my girls. So I am now finding ways to fit it in. Going on hikes and doing kid’s yoga with my family are not only making me feel healthier and more confident, but also I feel great about teaching my girls healthy habits.
