Lisa Anderson

My daily challenge is spending too much time sitting at my desk and eating on the run when I’m going from meeting to meeting.  I know fast food from a drive-thru is generally bad for me, but its sooo convenient. I am working on packing my lunches and opting for healthier quick lunch options from grocery stores (many have grab and go things that are better than fast food). I am inspired by a former co-worker who is ten years older than myself and looks great and is strong and healthy in both body and mind.

My mantra?  Today is a new day…
